Huatao Food participated in the Anqiu City "Double Recruitment and Double Attraction" promotion meeting

On July 15, 2021, the 2021 Anqiu "Double Recruitment and Double Attraction" Promotion Conference, hosted by the Anqiu Municipal People's Government and undertaken by the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and the Municipal Investment Promotion and Cooperation Center, was grandly held. Representatives from the Shandong Provincial International Business Federation, Shandong Provincial Chamber of Commerce, Shandong Provincial SME Association, and other chambers of commerce; representatives from enterprises in Beijing, Guangdong, Jinan, Yantai, and Anqiu; representatives from mainstream media such as Shandong TV and Qilu Evening News; and representatives of high-end talents from universities such as Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Finance and Economics, totaling more than 50 people, participated.

Leng Wenqing, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, attended the promotion conference and delivered a speech. Li Xinjun, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Propaganda Department, Party Secretary of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and Director, presided over the promotion conference.
Minister Leng Wenqing introduced Anqiu's development momentum and favorable conditions in his speech. He said that Anqiu enjoys a superior location and well-developed transportation. Its industry is booming and has strong potential, with the number of "hidden champions," "specialized, refined, and new," "gazelle," and near-unicorns leading the province; its agriculture has unique characteristics and prominent advantages, and has been rated as a national typical demonstration area for the quality and safety of exported food and agricultural products for seven consecutive years. In recent years, our city has continuously held high the banner of transforming old and new kinetic energy, accelerating the transformation of its leading industries such as equipment manufacturing and food processing, and accelerating the expansion of emerging industries such as energy conservation and environmental protection, electronic information, and composite new materials; our city has continuously optimized its business environment, taking the lead in the province in implementing the "one-time handling" reform, building and putting into operation the first enterprise opening second-approval system, and including the "one-time handling and process re-engineering government service standardization" in the national pilot program. The Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have also introduced a number of policies to provide the best quality services, the most favorable policies, and the best environment for enterprises settling in.
The Shandong Provincial International Business Federation, Shandong Provincial Chamber of Commerce, Shandong Apple Industry Association, Jinan Farm Produce Production and Sales Association, National Energy Group Penglai Power Generation Co., Ltd., Jinan Kangzhuo Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Dongguan Hengyongxin Technology Co., Ltd., Jinan Jiuai Fairy Tale Village Cultural and Creative Industry Park Development Co., Ltd., and Shandong Haizhi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. respectively signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Anqiu Municipal Government.

After the promotion conference, Director Li Xinjun led the participating enterprise representatives and some media representatives to visit key enterprises in various industries in Anqiu to enable the participating enterprise representatives to understand in detail the preferential policies of our city in "double recruitment and double attraction," and preliminary agreements were reached on relevant cooperation intentions.
During the visit to Huatao Food, the visitors learned that Huatao Food's vermicelli has undergone 40 years of development, and that Huatao Food's vermicelli and starch noodle making techniques have been awarded the title of intangible cultural heritage, and are also "green food." They all highly praised Huatao Food's vermicelli industry and corporate culture, and were surprised that such a small product could develop into such a large industry. Director Li Xinjun instructed the accompanying personnel of Huatao Food: We must attach importance to the protection and extension of intangible cultural heritage products, and use the advantages of "intangible cultural heritage" to reach a higher level, and contribute to promoting the high-quality development of Anqiu City.
